- After you receive a ready notice by email from the St Julien team.

- Stock is reserved when the order is placed. If something runs out, we contact you.

- Reply to the confirmation email or call before it is confirmed. After delivery dispatch, changes may not be possible.
- 08Do you give a receipt?
- Confirmed orders get a PDF invoice with a VM- reference.
